　　在整条瓦楞纸板生产线中湿部设备是瓦楞成型的关键设备，主要涉及到原纸、胶水、蒸汽、等各种因素对纸张成型品质的影响，因此要解决的问题是纸板品质的问题。湿部的关键设备单面瓦楞机应选择技术**的设备，正压或者负压式卡匣式单面机。可调节间隙的数值显示、涂胶量大小的控制至关重要。
干部设备配置
　　在干部设备中，纵切机是影响工作效率的设备，它的选择非常重要。纵切机中刀应该选用可以移动的，而且在选购瓦线时要考虑到对裁切刀、压线导轨的防尘处理，因为在实际使用中，磨刀的粉尘会落在光滑的导轨上，造成刀或者压线轮在排刀时移动困难，而经常停机的现象。压线轮之间的较小间隔应**在50mm刀线的定位方式、排刀**度的实际数值，有的厂家均宣称能够达到+0.5mm但在实际中会出现1-2mm误差，因此要人员经常检测，效率低下；压线轮的几种方式，可以适应多中压线类型的要求。建议采用下切式结构，防尘无污染！
