中空玻璃热熔丁基胶
1、产品说明：
热熔丁基胶是一种以聚异丁烯橡胶为基料的单组份、无溶剂、不出雾、不硫化、具有*塑性的中空玻璃**道密封胶。其能在较宽温度范围内保持良好塑性和密封性，且表面不开裂、不变硬，对玻璃、铝合金、镀锌钢、不锈钢等材料有优良的粘结性。由于其具有较佳的气密性，可以与弹性密封剂一起构成一个优异的抗湿气系统。
2、适用范围：
热熔丁基胶主要用于中空玻璃生产，作为中空玻璃**道密封胶与双组份聚硫胶配套使用，以完成双道密封。
3、使用说明：
清洗、干燥粘接表面，除去灰尘、油污及脂类。热熔丁基胶使用中空玻璃生产线中**热熔丁基胶挤出机涂敷，具体使用条件可通过调整温度和压力达到。挤出温度范围为1200C-1400C，施工时环境温度要求不**80C。
4、主要技术指标：
1）颜色：黑，也可根据客户需求调制。
2）耐高低温性：在-400C--1300C范围内连续使用20小时不粉化、不变硬、不失粘、不分解，较高耐热温度为1600C。
3）本产品使用寿命20年以上，以抗U.V100小时为一年。
4）比重：1.2g--1.3g/立方米。
5）固含量：**。
5、贮存保质期：
较佳贮存条件下（-100C-300C阴凉干燥处），贮存期24个月。
6、包装规格：
1）纸桶包装：4Kg/桶，6桶/箱，24公斤/箱。
2）纸桶直径180mm，高240mm。注：包装也可按客户需求定做。
