     GOODSUN (SHENZHEN) ELECTRONICS CO.,LTD.  UFD is an USB Flash Module,available in multi-chip packaging (MCP) process. The total capacity of the flash module is ranged from 1 to 8GB. GOODSUN (SHENZHEN) ELECTRONICS CO.,LTD. UFD USB flash module support up to 2-flash die stack for dual line flash die, and 4-flash die stack

for single-line flash die.  The flash types supported in UFD are MLC and SLC. An on module flash controller - SUN-850-241114A, support high-speed, reliable flash data transfer with USB1.1/2.0 data  transfer protocol. This flash module is suitable for tiny Size, water proof and shockproof USB portable storage applications.
