3M Scotchcast Resin Y-Branch Jointing Kits for Hazardous Area applications supplied complete with Scotchcast 1402FR Flame Retardant and Hydrocarbon Resistant Resin.

These Scotchcast Y-Branch Joints 92-NBB-1U and 92-NBB-2U are designed for use with multi core unarmoured, polymeric, low voltage energy cables.

Y-Branch Resin Joints provide electrical insulation and mechanical protection and can be used with with compression cable crimping lugs or with mechanical connectors.

These 3M Scotchcast Resin Y-Branch Joint can be used indoors and outdoors, and for underground or submerged applications in Hazardous Areas where flame retardancy and resistance against chemicals and hydrocarbons is required.

This Scotchcast Y-Branch Joint design incudes two part (upper and lower) mould shells with Snap Fit closing system for quick and easy handling.

Scotchcast Resin 1402FR supplied in transparent two chamber bags with the Innovative Patented 3M integrated Closed Mixing and Pouring (CMP) system.
Scotchcast Transparent PC Mould Body for easy control of connector distances in the joint.

Y-Branch Jointing Kit includes pre cut foam sealing elements to provide reliable sealing to the joint mould body without tooling for all cable application diameters.
Closure cap to prevent any pollution.

Scotchcast 1402FR Hazardous Area Resin in a two chamber bag complete with an integrated spout and aluminium Guard Bag for protection against humidity. The re-openable seam and integrated spout with a membrane provides the Scotchcast Closed Mixing and Pouring system that is unique to 3M.
