    4. 继电器时间参数的获取方法
    继电器时间参数的检测主要利用电秒表和光线示波器等模拟试验的方法得到,传统检测方法测量速度慢、误差大、测量不准确等。随着计算机技术的发展,越来越多的继电器检测装置应用微处理器,这些检测装置其原理大体相同。文献中提到了一种时间参数检测电路,该电路主要组成部分为单片机,其检测原理为:当继电器触点闭合时,单片机对应输入通道电压为 5V,端口为“1”,当继电器断开时,其对应电压为 0V,I/O端口为“0”。当给继电器加励磁电压时,单片机以足够小的采样周期读取单片机对应的数字I/O端口,经过数据处理,即可计算出相应的时间参数。但是采用此种方法在继电器接直流负载时基本符合,当接交流负载时,由于交流电压是交变的,继电器断开时时单片机端口电压的瞬时值也有可能很小或接近于零。因此,在触点所接回路为交流回路时,利用触点间电压瞬时值的大小来判断触点的闭合与断开状态,误差就会很大,从而得不到准确的数值。文献中提到了一种继电器时间参数的计算机检测方法,它采用自行研制的采集板卡,其主要由单片机及其电路组成。该方法可以检测到继电器动作时间、动作回跳时间、释放时间、释放回跳时间等时间参数。单片机接于线圈驱动电路中控制励磁线圈通电与断电,采集继电器闭合与分断时触点的状态,并计算其时间参数。其检测原理为:当继电器线圈通电时触点经过定的动作时间才能够闭合,因此单片机先采集到数据 0,触点闭合稳定后采集到 1。在此过程中触点会产生弹跳,后才能达到稳定状态,在此期间单片机采集到的数据或为 0 或为 1。设定单片机的采样周期为 0.01ms,由单片机采集到的数据的地址值乘以采样周期,即为所求动作时间。

    2. 基于单片机控制技术的继电器参数检测技术
    随着电器检测自动化水平的不断提高,单片机越来越多的应用到各类电器的检测与控制中。通过改进传统交流接触器接通与分断实验装置,采用单片机作为试验装置的控制模块控制交流接触器通断,触头电气参数的检测主要通过电压、电流互感器、数据采集卡及PC机完成。该装置可以实现对接触器接通与分断过程触头电压、电流等动态波形进行实时数据采集,相比于传统的示波器检测,其触头电弧燃弧电压波形记录准确。采用Visual C++6.0 软件开发采集程序与人机界面,数据处理程序可以对数据进行实时自动处理,减小了人工处理波形数据而产生的误差。该试验方案简单可行,能够实现对交流接触器接通与分断动态过程中触头电压、电流波形的分析。文献中张强等人研制的继电器电参数测试装置以增强型 89C51单片机为**,配置交、直流电压源及触点检测电路可以对多种型号交直流电压继电器的动作时间、动作电压、接触电阻等电气参数进行测试。在动作时间的测试上,将被测继电器的常闭触点接高电平、常开触点接地,在检测线圈的额定电压的同时启动计时器开始计时,搭建触点电平检测电路实时监测触点电平的变化。根据触点电平变化情况判断触点动作状态。当电平由高变为低时立即停止计时,此时可以读出计时器的计时,此时间即为相应的吸合时间。同理可以得到继电器的释放时间。同时试验装置还可以监测触点的接触电阻。该装置*,对于本课题试验装置的研制具有很重要的参考**。
