沧州市螺旋钢管有限责任公司位于沧州市新华区解放东路92号，是2000年由沧州市螺旋钢管厂（成立于1994年）改制而成立的股份制公司，大型二档企业、河北省重点冶金企业。公司占地30万平方米，总资产5.3亿元，现有职工840人，其中有各类职称的占10%，年产螺旋钢管30万吨，产值15亿元。

公司现有十三条螺旋钢管生产线，能生产Φ219-Φ3500mm双面埋弧焊钢管，壁厚为6-28mm，注册商标“五洲”牌，产品符号SY/T5037-2000标准、GB/T9711.1-1997标准和API Spec 5L标准，材质为Q235AB、16Mn和X42-X80级钢板，被广泛应用于天然气、石油、化工、电力、热力、水源等长距离输送管道。
